3% of booking subtotal. Booking subtotal is the nightly accommodation charge × the number of nights. It excludes cleaning fees, admin/service fees and taxes. One rate for every home, whatever its size. There is no step-up.

Portfolio rate

2% of booking subtotal for owners of 20 or more properties, on every home.

When it starts

At activation: the first booking Mya manages. A home that's set up but not yet live bills $0.

Setup

$249 one-time, per business, including your first home. Charged when you first connect a booking platform.

Additional homes

$79 one-time for each additional home, charged when that home is connected. Non-refundable.

Guarantee

Within 15 days of paying your $249 setup fee, your property is fully taught, vendors connected, and Mya ready to go live — or your $249 is refunded in full. The guarantee covers the $249 only.

Usage

About 200 conversations a month included with every home, covering guest conversations and Mya's calls to vendors. Teaching her doesn't count, and nothing counts until a home is live. Beyond that: additional usage billed monthly.

Recurring fees

No monthly platform fee, no monthly minimum, no per-home subscription.

How much does Mya cost?
